Horse Meat Disco are a world-charming quartet who have brought disco back to the masses courtesy of their sixteen years of infamous parties, headline sets, Rinse FM shows and legendary crate-digging Strut Record compilations. It’s hard not to hear the cowbell beats of 21st-century disco without first connecting to the foursome. Currently the only act announced for the inaugural event, ticket holders can expect much more of the same with the next announcement coming soon.

Rob Star, founder of Eastern Electrics and Eastival says “It’s great to be back and putting on new events, Eastival has been in the works for some time now and we’ve finally managed to get everything lined up for the first event this August. We’ve got so much planned over the course of the one day event and we can’t wait to share more. We’re keeping a lot under wraps until we get closer but we can tell you it’s going to be something special. Having Street Feast onboard as well will add some major weight to our lineup. You won’t be disappointed.”

Beyond the music, food will be the second most important part of the day. Brought to the festival by Street Feast. The same team that created Dinerama, Hawker House and Giant Robot. They’ll be handpicking the crème de la crème of some of their favourite traders and festival goers can expect El Pollote’s latino fried chicken, Fundi Pizza, No Bonez vegan wings, White Men Can’t Jerk, Burger & Beyond and BOB’s Lobster, with many more to be announced.

Eastival will deliver a seasoned festival experience suited for a happy day of disco in the sun. This will be a top destination to lap up those ultimate London summer vibes.
